Positive: The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help. Particular shout out to Emily and Mart in Guest Relations, Dia in the hotel’s spa, and the manicurist whose name I have forgotten (sorry). The spa was fabulous! We had a hammam, massage and facial with Dia, and it was the best we’ve ever had! The hotel’s food was delicious and had an amazing variety of dishes every meal.
Negative: The hotel is called Ramada Resort Kusadasi & Golf, and the photo gallery features several photos of the golf course. There is also a huge photo of the golf course in Reception. The only two things my son was looking forward to in this holiday was playing golf and basketball (a brand new-looking basketball court is also featured in the photo gallery). Unfortunately, the golf course has nothing to do with the hotel, and it cost us €30 each way by taxi to get there. The green fees were also expensive, so we were only able to play once. The basketball was also a let down, as the hotel had shut the court and were using it as a makeshift small and rundown tennis court. Sadly, it ruined the holiday experience from the off set.
Summary: No golf or basketball, friendly staff, great spa and amazing food.

Positive: There is plenty of different activities. Rooms were clean. Food was various. Slides and pools were fun. Nice parking is available and free and there is nice view from the rooms.
Negative: Beach is 3.5 km away with the car. They have shuttle bus but it’s every hour and it stops at 5. I’m person that likes to swim early in the morning and late at sunset when beaches are not to full, but that was hard here because nothing was accessible. I went with my car once to have a sunset swim and at my surprise they closed the beach and turned off water supply for showers. Also beach was full of rocks, and it’s almost impossible to enter water without water shoes or flip flops. So everything sea related except view from the room is 1 star. Also my room ac was not working properly and I did call front desk for help, they told me it’s central unit and it’s workin completely fine. And I’m sure it’s fine for a lot of people but I’m not used to sleeping in the room at 23-24 degrees and sometimes even higher. Also what else I didn’t like is that everything is time restricted. You want towels okay there is 2-3 hours windows in the morning and afternoon. You want to go on slides okay it’s from 10:30 to 12:30 and then again 1:30 to 5. You want to swim in the pool it closes at 5 sometimes 6. And so on so on.
Summary: Even though experience was okay, I’m not coming back for vacation at this place again.

Positive: There are a lot of facilities. Food quality is good.
Negative: It was too crowded. In our building, one of two elevators was not working during our stay. Pools got dirty two times. There were long lines for waffle. Some of the staff members were not polite. This was my second stay in this hotel and I see that this time there are very young staff members who don’t know how to behave to the customers. Last year all of them were very professional.
Summary: Delicious food, too crowded, staff communication is average.
